Welcome to Oasis Coffee Roasters, a hidden gem in the bustling Songshan District of Taipei! This café has quickly earned a reputation as a must-visit for coffee enthusiasts. Located at No. 13-1號, Lane 335, Section 3, Nanjing E Rd, Oasis Coffee Roasters stands out with its minimalist yet inviting aesthetic, perfectly blending modern design with the charm of its traditional surroundings, thanks to the nearby temple.

At Oasis, your coffee experience goes beyond just sipping. The moment you step inside, the rich aroma of freshly roasted beans envelops you, igniting your senses and setting the stage for what’s to come. This is not just coffee; it's coffee crafted with precision and passion. Their menu features a range of expertly brewed coffee options, with highlights including a hand drip coffee that showcases the beans' temperature and mellow scent. The skilled baristas are committed to meticulously preparing each cup, ensuring that every sip is a delightful experience.

One of the cafe's bestsellers, the shakerato (iced espresso), has garnered rave reviews for its well-balanced flavors and a hint of sweetness—perfect for a warm day in Taipei. You’ll even find options for those seeking alternatives, like oat milk, making it a versatile stop for everyone.

As you enjoy your drink, you’ll be pleased to find that the service is equally commendable. Many visitors share experiences of the staff going above and beyond, whether it's lowering the music for a napping infant or offering thoughtful recommendations on beans to purchase. Siv Soerensen noted that despite being sensitive to caffeine, Oasis’s brews were a treat—their careful roasting technique ensures a smooth, rounded flavor profile with no unpleasant acidic aftertaste. This attention to customer satisfaction, paired with the staff's commitment to quality coffee, receives high praise from guests consistently.

While seating is limited in this cute little café, the intimate atmosphere only enhances the experience. Perfect for a quick stop or a cozy moment with a friend, customers enjoy the buzz of conversations paired with the tranquil vibe of the surroundings. The blend of modern coffee culture with Taipei’s traditional elements creates an ambiance that is both refreshing and nostalgic. SUJUNG KIM perfectly captured this sentiment when expressing delight at enjoying a honey latte right in front of a temple.

So, whether you're starting your day, pausing for a midday pick-me-up, or wrapping up your visit to Taipei, Oasis Coffee Roasters offers a unique and unforgettable coffee experience. Remember, as Graham Barry aptly puts it, this is "an uncompromisingly minimalist, purist coffee bar"—and there’s no better spot to indulge your coffee cravings while soaking up the local culture.

Don't miss your chance to visit Oasis Coffee Roasters next time you're in Taipei! With its dedication to quality and superb service, you're bound to leave with a smile—and perhaps even a few beans to take home!

Best coffee I had during my visit to Taipei. Went back four times! I enjoy more nutty and rounded coffees with no acidic aftertaste - their roast was really good. I’m quite sensitive to caffeine but had no issue with their coffee which was also a big plus since decaf is hard to find in Taiwan. Service was also sweet and they speak English very well. Solid 8.5/10 (which is high for me)

Perfect for a quick coffee to go. Although it is medium roast, my shakeratoo (iced espresso) at $150NTD was very good and I didn’t know they would put sugar in it but it wasn’t too sweet. If I lived in the neighbourhood, I’d definitely come often. Happy to see that they have Oat Milk option!!

An uncompromisingly minimalist, purist coffee bar. No food or Starbucks-style drinks, no showmanship, just understated craftsmanship. A flat white can cost over €5 here but the flavour and ambience were so good that I was happy to pay it repeatedly.

Needless to say, Oasis Nanjing offers excellent customer service, not to mention their coffee. The staff were incredibly thoughtful and helpful — when they noticed our infant sleeping, they kindly lowered the music to ensure a peaceful rest. They were meticulous in preparing my coffee and took the time to recommend beans for me to try and purchase. We even had a great conversation about brewing techniques. It was truly a wonderful experience, and I thoroughly enjoyed my time here.

A decent small cafe with desperate staffs. I ordered hand drip coffee, which fulfills expectation thanks to its temperature and mellow scent, one staff prepared iced coffee with the same beans to compare the difference between hot coffee. Want to visit again.

Cute little coffee shop with very limited seating, but that’s the trend nowadays — minimalist interior. The coffee was very good, though I noticed coffee in Taiwan tends to be on the lighter side, so perhaps request for a double shot if you like your coffee stronger.
